"Yes, you have met our expectations! This trip was one of the most wonderful experiences of our lives. We cannot begin to thank everyone aboard the ship, enough, for making it possible. It was most interesting to observe the split second timing and expertise with which all operations were performed.

There was a great sense of warmth (not Fahrenheit) and one felt as a guest in someone's villa.

Efficiency was the key word for the Empress. I would go on and on, but all summed up it started when we booked the cruises and worked with the reservation staff; All went smoothly from the beginning to end, and did we love the special attention bestowed upon us. We shall always remember the breathtaking sights and retain the warmest memories of this trip, the wonderful staff, the smell of the waters, life aboard a ship and all the people who shared it with us. We hope to return again, and I must say we hated to say good-bye.
